Sparkling Performances: Highlights of the Dynasty Concert at Ameristar Black Hawk

Tuan Bui (Jimmy) is a seasoned professional who has made a significant impact in the world of entertainment. His expertise in event planning and production has led him to develop a solid understanding of all aspects of special event operations. Throughout his career, he has cultivated relationships with some of the most renowned artists and talents in the industry, making him a trusted and respected figure in the entertainment world.
One of Tuan Bui’s notable roles is serving as an MC at his events. He has been compared to the iconic MC Nguyen Ngoc Ngan, host of Paris by Night.
Jimmy Tuan Bui helps clients all over the world book the biggest singers, bands, DJs, and comedians for private parties, corporate events, casinos, and public concerts.
He also mentions that, in today’s digital age, social media is critical for promoting Vietnamese music events and connecting musicians with their audiences. Platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and HeadMediaNow have become important tools for marketing and communication, enabling artists to reach a larger audience and interact with their followers in real time. We had the opportunity to meet Jimmy’s wife, Hoang Thanh Truc, back when she was known as Hoang Lien Lien and performed in Seattle on several occasions.
Hoang Thanh Truc’s prodigious musical talent and virtuoso performance left the audience in awe of her skill and expertise. She sang a number of songs, including Bang Bang. She’s amazing on this song. With this song, she rocks the stage.
Another highlight of the evening was Hoang Thuy Vy, whose angelic voice and heartfelt lyrics touched the hearts of everyone in the audience. Her emotive performance was a showcase of her exceptional talent and undeniable passion for music.
This duo, Ngoc Ngu and Chau Ngoc Ha, performed a duet. After getting to know one another for a while, Ngoc Ngu and Chau Ngoc Ha tied the knot in Tay Ninh on March 25, 2023.
Ngọc Ngữ surprised the audience by singing a crooning cover of Josh Turner’s country ballad ‘Your Man’. His confident performance and rich, full baritone voice caught the audience off guard.
Chau Ngoc Ha was thrilled to work with Ngoc Ngu on the music video ‘Chieu thuong do thi’. The two performed a duet of ‘Co nu sinh Gia Long’ on the Paris by Night stage in 2018 and collaborated on the music video for ‘Ta ao dem Noel’ in 2019.
In 2004, he graduated from the University of Science and Technology and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music and then began working as a singer. He is recognized as a hard worker in the entertainment industry. Lam Bao Phi rapidly became a popular name among audiences. Lam Bao Phi is quite popular among artists. When Lam Bao Phi’s name comes up, the audience instinctively recalls a warm, rustic, and expressive voice. That voice is as warm as his love for art. His dynamic performance kept the energy high throughout the night, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time.
It is well known that Lam Bao Phi is adored by audiences at home as well as abroad, where it performs annually to support Vietnamese expats. When Lam Bao Phi travels to foreign nations, he always shares with those who are far from home his personality and image of his homeland, Vietnam.
Ho Hoang Yen‘s commanding presence and powerhouse vocals dominated the stage, showcasing her talent and charisma as a performer. Her electrifying performance was a testament to her status as the queen of the stage, captivating the audience with her commanding presence.
Ho Hoang Yen had a deep love of music since she was a young child. She sang in a children’s music program on national television in Vietnam when she was five years old. Ten years later, at the age of fifteen, Ho Hoang Yen participated in multiple courses at the esteemed Quoc Gia Ƃm Nhac (Saigon Conservatory of Music) in order to refine her vocal technique. Ho Hoang Yen started singing professionally at the age of 20. She had developed a devoted fan base of admirers in Ho Chi Minh City’s cabaret and nightclub scene because of her remarkable physical attractiveness, captivating stage presence, and angelic singing voice. Every night, Ho Hoang Yen gave performances at several important locations in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, such as Lido, Cadillac, Queen Bee, and Liberty.
One of the standout performers of the night was Dat G, a rising star in the music industry. With his smooth vocals and engaging stage presence, Dat G had the audience mesmerized from the moment he stepped onto the stage.
Vietnamese singer-songwriter Nguyễn Thành Đạt, better known by his stage name Đạt G, is 27 years of age. He first rose to recognition in 2015 with the publication of his debut single, ‘Sáng Trong Gió’, because of his poignant lyrics and beautiful vocals. He has since grown to be one of the most well-known performers in the Vietnamese music scene.
Dat G is a rapper, singer, and composer whose deep, passionate voice and ability to craft songs with captivating melodies have won him fans. He has numerous hit songs, including Your Sadness (singing with K-ICM, Masew) with over 187 million views on YouTube, Tomorrow I’m Gone (singing with Khai Dang) with over 19 million views, and Bread No (singing with Du Uyen) with 109 million views…
Dat G, who spoke about his recent artistic journey, admitted to being self-conscious about his own compositions at one point. He initially planned to “not sing anymore” and return to being a musician, merely writing songs and sending them to singers.
However, during the process of writing music, young people listen to and learn the words. This inspired Dat G to pursue his musical adventure. He believes there will be an audience who loves him and wants to hear him sing; therefore, he constantly changes and improves himself in order to best serve the audience. He made it harder for himself by creating more rigorous arrangements, stricter lyric requirements, and new songs.” Dat has previously refused to put himself on a scale or in a specific position.
Dat writes and sings with emotion, expressing himself in the most effective method to transmit his message to the audience,” Dat G stated.
Dat G stated that he discovered ballads by chance but developed an interest in them. In 2024, he will spend all of his interest and effort on the ballad genre.
He revealed that he is in the process of finishing his debut album for the public, likewise in the ballad genre, which will be published later this year.
As the night came to a close, all of the vocalists took to the stage for a big finale that had the audience on their feet. Their high-energy performance and infectious passion brought the house down, leaving the audience ecstatic and satisfied.
Finally, the Dynasty concert at Ameristar Black Hawk was a memorable evening. The excellent artists, energetic environment, and unforgettable moments provided an experience that attendees will remember for years.
